2.CSA Cement Characteristics:
(1)Early high strength
Under standard condition, it's plastic mortar compressive strength of 12 hours can reach 30-40MPa, of 3 days can reach the grade strength. The concrete that prepared by CSA cement, when the water cement ratio is 0.5-0.6, the compressive strength of 6 hours under normal temperature can reach 5-10MPa while of 12 hours can reach above 20Mpa. Its early strength promotion rate over exceed rapid setting Portland cement. It's hydrate exothermic reaction develops with strength, centralize on early period. Under standard temperature, hydrate heat of 1 day take 70%-80% of total heat release. Its heat release volume is not high. One day heat release volume is around 55Cal/g, lower than Portland cement. one days heat release volume is around 50Cal/g, higher than Portland cement's heat release rate.
(2). Rapid setting time
Under standard consistence water consumption, the initial setting is not early than 25 minutes, final setting is not later than 3 hours. CSA cement is obvious to see the setting time is quick. When prepare high early strength concrete, due to the water cement ratio is much bigger than standard consistence, initial setting of high early strength concrete is above 2-3 hours even at normal temperature. It can completely meet construction requirement.
(3). Tiny expansion and low shrinkage
It produces crystal ettringite at early hydrate reaction. Crystal ettringite causes concrete have volume expansion. When preserving in water, Early strength cement present expansion property without restriction. Cement mortar expansion & shrinkage rate please see the below table(mm/m).

It also shrinks in air. But its shrinking rate is small. Please see the below table of comparison with Portland cement. It's 4 month dry shrinking rate is 1/3 of Portland cement.

 (4). Low alkali
CSA cement(Calcium Sulfoaluminate Cement) hydrate reaction medium's alkali rate is low, the PH value is around 10.5~11 while Portland cement hydrate reaction medium's alkali PH value is around 13.
(5). Steel bar corrosion
After 7 days shaping, open the specimen of it , you will find corrosion on the surface of steel bar. But the corrosion does not develop since the following 1 ~10 months. And the weight loss rate is stable. From the recent 10 years research result for steel bar corrosion, steel bar corrosion degree is not growing with time.
(6). Durability
a. Freeze-thaw resistance
The testing result for freeze-thaw resistance of CSA cement(Calcium Sulfoaluminate Cement) completely proves it can meet the construction projects requirement of freeze-thaw 50 times. The testing method is rapid freezing. Concrete, water and cement ratio is 0.40, freeze-thaw circulation pass 200 times. Relative modulus of elasticity is 82%.
b. Anti-permeability
Under pressure 30kg/cm2, it’s concrete specimen did not permeate.
c. resistance of heat
It shouldn't be used under temperature above 100 ℃ and structure that have acid resistance requirement.
d. Long period strength stability
The following table is the data of which It's six years compressive strength. You can see the strength is not shrinking but increasing.

 e. Corrosion resistance
It has corrosion resistance to high concentration sulfate, magnesium salts, sodium chloride, bittern. Its corrosion resistance coefficient to those salts are all above 1.


3.CSA Cement Application:
CSA cement can be used for preparing anti-permeability, anti-freezing and sulfate resistance concrete. It is also used in construction in winter, injecting slurry, consolidation, rush to repair, leak stopping, complex geology small caliber running cementing, big prefabricated concrete structure, cast-in-place frame structure projects. It is specially used for producing glass fiber cement composite products, cement pipe, cement pole and man-made marble products. In engineering can cause multiples increase to output and economic value. It can also make the deadline for engineering project moved up largely. Super-high-strength It is fit to making concrete with performances of early strength, high strength (Above C60), impermeability, sulfate resistance. It is also used in construction at negative temperatures, segmental contactor, block, making cement products, large building engineering and it is used in mining support aw well as laneway support.
Transportation and storage:
Keep it away from damp, impurity and other cement.
4.CSA cement Construction method
1. When prepare concrete, cement dosage should more than 300kg/m3, reference water/cement ratio is 0.4-0.5, cement/sand ratio is 1.17-1.2, sand ratio is 32%-35%.
2. Concrete pouring. In order to make concrete meet the basic requirements of even compacting and ametabolic, and keep concrete have good integrity, pour the concrete homogeneously and in sequence into structural pouring position. Try to do this work continuously.
3. Curing. The purpose of curing is to protect the concrete properly during the concrete becoming hard; reach the demanding strength in regulated time, reduce shrinkage, prevent crack or freeze, etc.
4. Demoulding. Concrete moulding board’s demoulding time should be determined by fabric variety and reached strength. Some un-bearing mould can be removed firstly if the concrete surface, edges and corners are not be broken. Bearing mould should be dispose separately according to structural variety and span size.


5.Notice in using CSA Cement:
1 It’s concrete mix ratio is determined by trial method. The lowest using quantity of CSA cement(Calcium Sulfoaluminate Cement) is more than 280kg every cube meter concrete. Water-cement ratio should be 0.36-0.65.
2 Don't watering stir or vibrate second times after It’s mortar or concrete does not has mobility.
3 Don't mix other kinds of cements and lime with high alkali.
4 It is necessary to cure it's concrete on moisture condition after final setting of it’s concrete in Summer. Curing term is more than 3 days.
5 Weather-proof and insulation is necessary in Winter when using it.Must add 0.5%-4% frost preventing agent into it’s concrete.
6 It is unfit heat resistance engineering and location. The cement product steam-cured temperature value is not less than 8 0 ℃ . The best steam-cured temperature is 60-7 0 ℃ . The steam-cured term is more than 2 hours.
6.CSA Cement Packing:
by 50kgs bag. Store in shady, cool and dry place. Avoid stamp and mix with other substance
